Tech Lead
Lime Labs India Pvt. Ltd (Noida) seeks an exceptional .The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, eager learner and leader. In this position, you will work closely with and manage developers and QA engineers to produce and fine tune high-traffic, customer-facing applications. This is a senior-level development position, reporting to a Program Manager in India . Off shore work experience a plus, as well as experience in the Agile methodology.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates must be well-versed in the following fields:

• PHP 5 development
• Strong background in Mysql, Apache, and Linux
• Comfortable with the OO PHP and Advanced JavaScript
• Worked on analytics (WebTrends, Google Analytics, homegrown)
• Creative problem solver who is able to look at the big picture
• Leading a technical team, especially in an off shore environment
• Great communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable:

• Open source applications like Drupal, WordPress, and MediaWiki
• PHP Frameworks (CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, etc).
• E-commerce
• Web Services
• REST
• XML

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing new features for LimeWire.com
• Lead a team of developers to enhance and maintain a LAMP-based production site (LimeWire.com)
• Diagnosing bugs and error reports
• Code reviews and implementation/enhancing other development processes used on the team
• Maintenance and testing of existing code
