We have some very urgent Requirement for the position of TECHNICAL SPECIALIST for a reputed client.The job Details are:

Role/Position: Technical Specialist
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Delhi

Key purpose of the role (describes why does the role exist):

To manage team of people/vendors to provide effective solutions and implementation support to the project teams for courseware creation and content development services. The individual shall participate actively in arriving at technology solutions and shall also be responsible for setting up right channels of communication with clients and project stake holders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Undertake solution architecture and conduct design reviews
• Involved in Pre sales effort with the business team
• Develop prototype based on client requirement
• Conduct client/customer communication
• Lay down test and standards for projects
• Conceptualize, design and implement tools
• Project planning, implementation & monitoring
• Project specific decisions

Profile details:

1. Essential

• Hands on experience with eLearning related technologies such as  Flash AS2 and AS3, DHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, DTD
• Should have implemented standards such as SCORM, AICC, and 508
• Should have created course shells and runtime engines
• Should have created eLearning templates
• Hands on experience with rapid authoring and simulation tools
• Created HLD & LLD documents detailing the solution proposed and how will it work within the client setup.
• Should have past experience of creating automation tools
• Provide solutions to fellow team mates in core as well as outside core technology areas
• Track and learn new/upcoming technology and also able to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the same
• Able to create eLearning technology solutions for clients
• Work closely with sales team for client engagement
• Project estimation skills
• Able to train fellow team mates on new technologies
• Technologies for automation (at least one):  .NET, VBA macros, PHP, ColdFusion

2. Added advantage:

• Relevant certifications such as Adobe certifications
