Profile: Development
Salary: 6-8 lacs
Location: Chennai

Will be responsible for managing 5-6 member team. Will be responsible for Requirement Gathering, Analysis,Design,Development and delivery.

AVP
6+ Years of experience
BE/MCA with hands on PHP,Mysql

KEY SKILL SET:
- Ability to lead web development team(Size 5-6)
- Good communication skills
- Good logical and analytical skills
-Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem Solving, Decision making and Change management abilities
- Interact with Business team for requirement gathering and issues
- Preparation of technical specification document

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good knowledge on Various Web application development framework
- Development experience in LAMP(Linux Apache Mysql PHP)
- Ability to design & Architect applications using LAMP technologies
- Strong knowledge of PHP -related frameworks, MYSQL
- Should have hands on experience on Linux commands, Apache Configuration etc

Project Manager
Profile: Development
Salary: 10-12 lacs
Location: Chennai
Will be responsible for managing 15 member team. Will be responsible for Requirement Gathering, Analysis,Design,Development and delivery.

8+ Years of experience
BE/MCA with hands on PHP,Mysql
KEY SKILL SET:
- Project Management Skills(ability to manage multiple projects)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good logical and analytical skills
- Ability to lead web development team(Size 10)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem Solving, Decision making and Change management abilities
- Interact with Business team for requirement gathering and issues
- Preparation of project related documents like: Project Plan, SRS, Design etc

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good knowledge on Various Web application development framework
- Development experience in LAMP(Linux Apache Mysql PHP)
- Ability to design &amp Architect applications using LAMP technologies
- Strong knowledge of PHP -related frameworks, MYSQL
- Should have hands on experience on Linux commands, Apache Configuration etc
- Needs to be very dynamic as well(he needs to manage the Asterisk and ERP projects as well)
