Location: gurgaon
ctc: 4.80 lakhs /annum
position: business analyst
Requested Education Level & Qualification:

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2 to 4 years experience in gathering business requirements, analysis of process flows & documentation
• General knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Data Modelling, J2EE architecture
• Operational knowledge of barcoding, variable data printing, EDI standards, printing production is an asset
• Experience in labels, printing, woven, or garment manufacturing industry is a preferred
• Experience in supporting, enhancing, &amp training on ERP systems is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in dealing with users at all levels with different cultures
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and committed to deadline
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of UML, business &amp operation process analysis experience is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead work with key business users to define the business problem, business case and scope of the project
• Support the Project Manager in developing project work estimates, milestones and time lines as needed
• Define and document high-level business requirements for the proposed solution including use cases, wireframes (as needed) and key features/functions desired
• Gather detailed functional requirements including “ability to” statements, business rules, functional flow diagrams and other functional descriptions needed to perform system design
• Support technical architect/design leads in developing system design by clarifying requirements as necessary
• Assist Project Manager in analyzing project changes and managing scope
• Prepare test plan and test cases for the testing phase based on documented requirements
• Lead usability testing and manage changes resulting from usability testing
