Role: Customer Relationship Manager / Delivery Manager / Operations Manager
NetEdge is providing SEO/SEM, eCommerce and Web based solutions for its client that includes SEO, Link Building, PPC, online marketing, websites, hosting, email solution, eShop, Virtual Mall / Tradeshows etc. This position requires the person to ensure that the customer is kept informed about the progress, coordinate with internal delivery teams and to ensure NetEdge delivers what customer has been promised.
Experience Required : 3 to 5 Years
Job Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizing the Customer Requirements
- Coordinating with Technical Team to ensure project is delivered in time and with acceptable quality
- Managing Customer Relationship and Ensuring Repeat Business from Customer
- Delivery of Project/Product on Time and within budget
- Looking after complete customer satisfaction.
