They are looking Business Systems analysis 5-8 yrs candidate for Gurgaon Location.

Job Description:

5+ years progressive work related experience in business systems analysis across multiple business processes and/or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of products and systems with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple discipline/processes related to the position. Typically leads/mentors less experienced team members or complex projects in area of expertise.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of assigned applications and demonstrated understanding of the organizations products, business systems and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical problems and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments.
  • Proven ability to write clear technical documents for direct use by programming teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business and customer problems
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.

Note – They are looking candidate who join HCL only in month after offer.
