External Job Description :

• Good technical understanding of Visual Basic, ASP, ASP.NET, MS Access, SQL Server.
• Good team player and ability to lead team.
• Strong Quality and Testing skills.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to understand business direction and map these into requirements and solutions.
• Determine and develop approaches to assignments for delivery of creative solutions to partners.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery while partnering with internal and external cross functional teams.
• Assist in determining resource requirements and allocate discrete project goals amongst the departments required for the projects.
• Participates in business development by informing prospective projects, development and analytical capabilities.
• Collects custom project requirements / specifications from clients while building effective business relationships

External Qualifications :

• MS Access, Visual Basic for Applications, MS Office integration, SQL Server
• ASP, ASP.NET, VB script and / or java script for web development
• 2+years industry project management experience preferably within the IT Industry-
• Track record of success in project management (i.e. creating deliverable proposals to client specifications, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in maintaining multiple client projects, multi-tasking capability required
• Ability to create solutions-oriented approach and customer focus to drive towards business goals
• Must have a team player mentality with ability to collaborate and negotiate within cross functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting to multidisciplinary internal/external audiences.
