Key Skills Requires:
- PHP OOP Design, ability to learn and adopt a large code-base
- Have experience on HTML, XTemplates, Smarty
- Strong backend skills: MySQL ; Apache: windows and Linux application set up, deployment, and tuning
- User knowledge of SVN
