- Application Development
- Unit Testing
- Development of reusable source code for inclusion in a source code library
- Source Code reviews
- Release Management + Deployment
- User Documentation/ Release Notes
- Technical skills must include (at an experienced level):
- SharePoint
- Silverlight
- WPF
- ASP .Net
- SQL
Other skills that are optional but that would be nice to have are: C #, CSP, Office Development
