Roles & Responsibility: TL / STL
Skills Required:
1. Excellent knowledge on Java/J2ee on Weblogic 8.1/10.x. Transactional handling and performance managements.,2. Excellent knowledge on Order Management, Customer Management domain,3. Should have good understanding of UML using Rational Rose,4. Should have worked on any of the Rule Engine tools,5. Should have used Eclipse as IDE and aware of its capability with multiple plug-ins,6. Should have done Business Analysts, System level designs,7. Should have good understanding of BPM, ESB tools,8. Good understanding on SOA concepts,9. Good understanding about Web applications Design paterns,10. Should have excellent communication & presentation skills, 11.Should have done estimations using methods like FPA, CoCoMo.
