He will be working as a key member of development Team.

Must Have:

- Database experience (ideally with both MySQL 5 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005/8)
- Experience with source code control systems such as SVN or CVS
- Strong concepts of OOPS
- Strong at RDBMS concepts &amp implementation
- Proficient in PHP 5.x and MySQL or MS SQL Server
- Proficient in Web services / SOAP / XML
- Proficient in (X)HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Understanding of MVC design principles

Position and Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of relevant software development experience in PHP
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and analyzing code for a web-based application
- Understands technical and functional design requirements.
- Creates prototypes for client engagements.
- Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions.
- Good understanding of various life cycle methodologies
- Design & Develop new software

Technical Skills

- Proficient in PHP 5.x, and MySQL, preferably also MS SQL Server
- Proficient in Web services / SOAP / XML
- Proficient in (X)HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with subversion revision control system
- Experience in web application development and software development
- Experience with object oriented programming/modular programming is essential
- Understanding of MVC design patterns and framework
- Working knowledge of Ajax, JQuery.
- Participation in or knowledge of the Open Source community
- Demonstrated ability in adapting existing Open Source software in final product
- Experience with deployment and administration of Linux and Microsoft based servers a plus
- Knowledge of relevant ͩC standards and best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into system design
- Ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code
- Excellent understanding of server-side programming.
- Must write efficient code with documentation

Essential duties &amp responsibility:
– Responsible for the design and development of application software.
- Will be required to prepare detailed technical design specs and implement code software component(s), interface(s) and service(s) based on application software requirements.
- Should be flexible to accommodate to various time zones and work effectively in/with a team constituting of members from India and the US.
- Should be able to deliver the software products on time with quality.
- Participate in project status meetings as required and provide project status updates with respect to work on hand.
