Job Description :
Taking Sales, Maintaining various Sales Register.
Handling customers for follow up to enhance the sales volume in the competitive market.
Handling Administration & Reception.
Arranging for meetings, appointments, correspondence and dispatch.
Data entry, , Data surfing , Interacting with the office staff for proper delivery of foreign exchange to the concerned clients.
Ensuring that the transactions are done as per RBI rules & regulations.
Handling & maintaining the relationship with major clients.
Providing basic training to the new recruiters regarding counterfeit currencies & operations in foreign exchange.
Soliciting enquiries, preparing quotations, forwarding it to the concerned branches.
Responding and replying to Dealers, Sales executive, and the Branches.
Handling Customer complaints.
Processing of Tenders.
Follow up for outstanding Payments.
Verification and processing of orders and enter the same in the software system.
Co-ordination & corresponding with Factory and Branch Offices.
Processing of tour expenses of Branch Offices.
