Position: Software Development Manager
Location: NCR (Gurgaon)
Job Description
The incumbent will help translate concepts to product designs, implement and manage the entire product development life cycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Help translate broad level product concepts from the senior management to product designs.
- Understand technology in depth work with confidence across technology spectrums in web application development.
- Contribute towards development of the product.
- Manage the technical team, setting work plans, deadlines and managing the product development life cycle.
- Work closely with other parts of the organization to help them use the products developed and brain storm for future features.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software development; 2+ years of experience in web related development
- Sound knowledge of web development, application development, and large scale portals
- Team management or leadership experience very desirable.
- Knowledge and capability to work in PHP, MYSQL, PERL, Java Script, HTML, LINUX or equivalent essential.
- Results driven dedicated to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for self, team and all projects.
- Extremely proactive with strong bias for action.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.
- Ability to interact with senior management and team
