The role is that of a Associate Technology (Senior Software Developer) with more than 2.5 years and less than 4 years of experience and has competency as a WEB DEVELOPER in Java, J2EE.

Key Responsibilities include:
- A proven track record of design, development and delivery
- Strong on Object Oriented concepts
- Good understanding of Design Patterns
- Good Hands on skills in EJB, Struts, JSP, Servlets
- Excellent communication skills
- Delivery focussed
- Client interaction experience will be preferred
- Flexible and responsive work style
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
