So it becomes very affordable even for small businesses but at the same time good revenue stream is ensured for the company as they would generate US $ 300/per license FROM THE SAME CLIENT WITHIN A YEAR.
These SME clients would not have made the one time investment of US $ 300per license in one go. This model ensures that both parties have a win win deal
The company has offices in US(Florida) & Noida & a team of 50 people onboard.. They have been operating since 6 years.
Profile PHP team lead/deveoper
Their current opening is of an PHP developer lead & timings would be 11AM to 8 PM). However they would expect the candidate to be a bit flexible Salary hike would be as per industry standard 20-30% with a ceiling of 7 Lacs.

Skills & Abilities • Candidate should have good hands on experience in development of PHP/MySQL applications. • Open Source Software- Sugar CRM, Joomla, CRE , OSCommerce • Good knowledge about HTML, DHTML,AJAX • Database Knowledge. • MSSQL, Oracle knowledge is a plus • XML, Web Services • E-Commerce • Familiarity with web technology trends and the evolution of the Internet Other characteristics such as personal characteristics • Good communication skills. • Strong portfolio and excellent attitude. • Must be self confident to work in a Team and to handle the responsibilities individually as well. • Ability to drive the project with the team. • Detail oriented and ability to organize. • Problem-solving, innovation skills are a must. • Delivery oriented and able to work under strict deadlines. This position reports to the Project Manager. Experience 2 – 3 years of relevant experience. |
