Skill: Sr. JAVA/J2EE Developer
2 to 3 yrs exp(Struts + JSP +Java Script  +webservice +SOA )
Good Knowledge on OOPS concepts
Hands-on on CORE JAVA program  - mandatory
Must have Good exposure on Eclipse .
Hands-on on J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSPs, Struts, AJAX, UML (Hibernate would be an advantage)
Good understanding and hands-on on Web standards like XML, XSD, and XSLT  Mandatory
Good understanding and hands-on on WebServices concepts like WSDL, SOAP, UDDI  Mandatory
Good working knowledge on WebLogic Server 8.1.  Mandatory.
Good understanding and hands-on on Oracle 9i /10g  Mandatory.
Capability to lead a team.
Good Communication skills
Java Certification would be preferable
