Opening for Senior Web Developer Opening with Dubai Based Company in Dubai, UAE

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance a highly scalable online product on a LAMP platform
• Analyze functional requirements and specifications through close interaction with Product Management
• Manage weekly releases on to a live environment
• Deal with scaling issues, such as database optimisation, performance diagnostics and monitoring
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to more junior team members Requirements and other team members Requirements

The ideal candidate would possess:

• 3-6 years of development experience
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Full knowledge and experience of Software Development Lifecycle & Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and required quality standards & Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary package:

• Basic salary: Around AED 15K/month for candidates with around 4-5 years experience. Could go higher for more senior candidates with more experience
• Health insurance;
• 22 working days leaves
• Annual bonus subject to company and individual performance.
