Job Description

Designation: Team Lead – Business Development

Experience: Minimum +4 yrs. of relevant experience (with at least 1 year as team lead) with renowned organizations.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication – interpersonal and speech.

Exposure to International (preferably US) sales and BD (MUST).
Excellent convincing power with ability to sell to (Fortune 500) client.
Managerial capabilities and skills, should have managed a team of 5 people (at least).
Exposure to complete sales cycle and ability to close sales independently.
Exposure to MIS reports and should Auto-dialer (strongly preferred).

Other Skill-Sets:
Exposure to sales CRM (salesforce.com) – Preferred.
Ability to draft product and services price quotes. – Preferred
Exposure to RFI, RFP and RFQ’s. – Preferred

Knowledge:
Basic technical literacy: comfortable with the computer (Ms Outlook, Ms Office, WebEx and Skype), but also with a broad range of high tech terminologies.
Understanding on web technologies like web development, web design, e-marketing and SEO would be preferred.
Some sense of private companies, Silicon Valley, entrepreneurialism and developments within high technology.

Description: Tangence is reinventing marketing services with a unique model that has already won clients like IBM, Cisco, Oracle, Seagate and a large number of venture-backed Silicon Valley companies.

We are looking add to our BD team in India. The job involves working in sync with the US sales team to close deals with warm prospects CXO’s (typically a high-level marketing executive). We have an experienced inside sales team (US) and an exciting e-marketing program that will help with the lead generation. The value proposition is very strong.

Key Result Areas:
1) Understand business targets from LARGE & SME business channel perspective.
2) Make the introduction call to explain the Tangence service offerings to the prospect.
3) Make COLD CALLS to prospects, identify business scope and sell the MOD concept to SME businesses across US.
4) The person would be responsible for initiating business contacts remotely from India through a WebEx conference.
5) Responsible for team managements and achieving team sales targets.

NOTE: Please note the profile also requires the candidates to cold call, pitch on services, fix appointments & be involved in the complete sales cycle with big clients.

Shift – time: 8pm to 5am (Night Shift)
